It is ageless and limitless, transformational and effective for every person everywhere, from athletes, dancers and fitness instructors, to children, special needs groups and the elderly. With the philosophy, Through Movement We Find Health, Nia addresses the whole person through music and movement integrated from nine traditional movement forms.

Group Centergy

Group Centergy is just one of Mossa's exciting programmes, taking each participant on a 60-minute journey using yoga and Pilates inspired moves. The dynamic, whole-body movements, along with the uplifting music, group dynamics, and supportive instructors, enables you to Redefine Your Self! Nia Moving to Heal

Nia Moving to Heal is ‘Movement as Medicine’ and is for anybody seeking a gentler movement practice to compliment and facilitate healing of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Nia Moving to Heal experience is defined simply by “I feel better.” Students learn how to personalise movement to adapt to their comfort and health needs. Chairs are available for students to maximise stability, pleasure, and comfort.
